Gati Packers and Movers have cheated me by charging me more than double the money than their quotation by adding multiple service charges and taxes and so called refundable amounts.

They threatened me, after their vehicle left with my goods, to transfer the exaggerated bill amount immediately else I will not get my goods.

EVen after reaching my location, they denied to unlock the vehicle until I paid them all the money they billed me which was more than double the quotation for the same no. of items as was quoted.

Moreover, they charged me refundable amount for the carton boxes on the pretext of refunding it within 7 days once I returned the empty carton boxes which they also denied to refund later and threatened me saying what can i do if they won’t refund.

This is the worst unethical experience in any kind of business one can do ever.
